Wellness Care
We will work with you to keep your pet in good health. We believe strongly in a complete physical exam with our wellness program, and will tailor our recommendations to your pet's age and any concerns youmay have. We offer a wide range of available vaccines, heartworm and flea and tick preventatives to keep your pet safe, in addition to screening tests for intestinal and blood-borne parasites.
Diagnostics: In-House Lab
Our state-of-the-art in-house lab allows us to give you immediate results on your sick pet, in addition to preanesthetic blood profiles the day of your pet's procedure. Weare able to identify underlying metabolic diseases such as liver or kidney disease, in addition to acute infections such as pancreatitis. We also can screen for intestinal and blood-borne parasites in your pet. We use several outside reference labs for specialized testing.
Diagnostics: X-Ray
Our radiography room and automatic processor allows us to further evaluate your pet in a noninvasive manner. We are able to get our radiographs and show you your pet's results while you wait.
Surgery
We provide a wide range of surgical procedures from routine spays/neuters and declawing to mass removal, abdominal, and orthopedic procedures. We are happy to set up a doctor consult for you and your pet to discuss surgical options and provide you with a medical treatment plan.
Hospitalization
We provide hospitalization for ill patients as well as surgical recovery. We focus on compassionate supportive care and pain control as well as medical monitoring, and our doctors will be in contact with you daily to discuss the treatment plan for your pet.
Dental Cleaning
We provide prophylactic dental cleanings and fluoride treatments in addition to extractions if necessary. Dental cleanings can prevent many health problems and can be an important part of your pet's wellness care.
Spinal Adjustments
Dr. Jill Snyder is trained in the activator system of chiropractic spinal adjustment. This is a treatment modality that can help pets with back and/or neck pain in addition to maintenance of spinal mobility.
